The way we work
Frasers Property Australia is committed to ensuring the health and safety of our people, contractors, customers and the communities where we operate – each and every step of the way.
Through demonstrated leadership and accountability, insight and experience, adoption of safe work practices and a focus on physical and mental wellbeing, our staff are kept safe no matter what role or task they are undertaking.
A culture of care
Protection of our people and partners’ health and wellbeing is a core part of our culture and is reinforced through a strong governance system.
Our Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy details our key objectives and methods for protecting the environment and promoting sustainable development and innovation across all of our workplaces and projects.
Industry representation
Our mission also extends to the wider industry, through representation on the Property Industry Health & Safety Forum (PIHSF), which enables the collective advancement of HSE at an industry level to deliver impactful change.
PIHSF provides a platform for company Health and Safety leads to convene, showcase initiatives and innovations, identify collaborative opportunities, share challenges, learnings and research, flag emerging issues and develop networks.

Our commitment to safety also means that we regularly share reports on our workplace Health Safety and Environment programs with the Risk & Compliance Committee and to our Board.
