The site is located on Black Forest Road, Mambourin and is bound by Armstrong and Ison Roads. The 115-hectare mixed-use site is located in close proximity to Werribee and Wyndham Vale and is 40km from the Melbourne CBD, with good access to the Princes Freeway for easy connections to the CBD and Geelong.

The Sales Office is located on the corner of Barrabool Boulevard & Resin Street, Wyndham Vale VIC 3024.
Our Mambourin Marketplace is scheduled for delivery 2024-2025, and is proposed to include a major supermarket amongst other specialty stores, cafes and restaurants. Currently, the closest shopping centre is Wyndham Vale Square Shopping Centre.
We have a future proposed train station planned for Mambourin. In the mean time, the closest train stations are Wydnham Vale Train Station and Werribee Train Station.
Yes, there are plans to include childcare. Wydnham City Council has approved a permit for a 140-place childcare centre, which we anticipate will open in 2024.
We have received permit approval for Stage 1 of our major retail precinct in the Mambourin Town Centre. The $50 million shopping centre, to be known as Mambourin Marketplace is proposed to include a supermarket, medical precinct, pharmacy and 25 specialty stores ranging from fresh food grocers to large restaurants, cafes and more. Mambourin Marketplace will be an industry leading 5 Star Green Star building, with plans also including a large landscaped urban plaza featuring unique children’s play space and art elements, al fresco dining, end-of-trip cycling facilities and a central event space. Construction on Mambourin Marketplace is anticipated to commence later this year with opening estimated in late 2024 – early 2025.
Mambourin will feature a Community Centre, Town Centre, Schools and a proposed Train Station, as well as the already delivered Club Mambourin. With nothing more than 5 minutes away by foot, bike, or bus, living at Mambourin is easy.
