There are various types of ceramic 'Glazed' tile installed at Nautilus as per the selected colour schemes to the below locations:
- Internal apartment:
- Living room floors to Building B,
- Bathroom / ensuite walls & floors, and
- Laundry walls & floors,
- External apartment:
- Apartment entry door thresholds
- Ground floor lobby & corridors

- Corian is also used as the door threshold to bathrooms in apartments and the lift doors in each lobby. Visit website
Tile grout is the material used to fill the spaces between tiles. It provides a finished look to the tile installation.
Whatever cleaning method is chosen, remember the three golden rules:
- Try a small inconspicuous area first
- Rinse off well with clean water afterwards
- Avoid high concentration of cleaning products for prolonged periods of time

Roller blinds have been installed within Building A bedrooms, before settlement, these are located behind the external precast horizontal ‘ladder beams’. They have also been installed to selected apartments with an ensuite window into the Master Bedroom.
Some purchasers have selected optional upgrades and have additional blinds installed to their apartments.
The blinds are block-out in the bedroom and comply with the project by-laws. Before altering or adding window furnishings, please review your by-laws. If you require further information about the blinds and their care, please visit the manufacturer's website below.
