It has been a busy month at Port Coogee and below is a summary of works.

Construction News

Stage 7D Chieftain Esplanade and Calypso Parade Works & Traffic Modifications

The works along Chieftain Esplanade and Calypso Parade are continuing to progress. The cobble stone crew have completed the entire length of the road along Chieftain Esplanade with the focus now moving to Calypso Parade.

Drainage works have been finalised and the installation of electrical works continue to be delivered on schedule. Landscaping works commenced in October with the delivery and construction of key reticulation lines. We are currently on target for works to be complete by the end of March 2023.

Port Coogee Sales Centre 

We are excited to announce that the newly completed sales centre is now open at 71 Pantheon Ave. Luckily, the sales team are still the same. For a recent sales update, pop in to say hi to Trent or Bill Quinn-Schofield.

Current opening hours are:
Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 2pm-5pm. Please note that these times may change so keep an eye on the Port Coogee website for the latest times.

Port Coogee Community Christmas Festival

Friday December 2, 2022 – Chieftain Esplanade from 4.30pm – 9.00pm

It's that time of year, so come and join the celebration with an iconic marina background, as we host this fabulous community to mark the end of 2022.

Christmas 10K Swim

Saturday December 17, 2022 
Event by Coogee Beach WA Surf Life Saving Club.
Make sure you enter ASAP to avoid missing your chance to swim in Perth's biggest and best Rotto 10km qualifier with your paddler accompanying you the whole way. All on a spacious circuit at beautiful Coogee Beach the week before Christmas.
Three race distances:

• 10km Challenge
• 3.4km Cruiser
• 1.6km Merry Mile
