Construction Update

Welcome to the latest The Grove Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

Electrical and communication conduits are placed in nature strips. These services will allow your house to be connected to electricity, internet (NBN) and telephone line. Light poles are also set up to provide lighting for the street.

We are beginning to install underground pipes to carry wastewater to the main sewerage line as well as constructing freshwater tappings to provide your future home a dedicated water connection point for you to receive freshwater from the main water supply network.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in July to August 2024.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
