Construction Update

Welcome to the latest The Grove Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

Final works are now underway with grading and topsoiling complete and construction of the final layer of the road underway.

This final step is essential to ensure your lot is pegged and ready for soil testing and valuation. Once done referral authorities commence asset testing and checking. Street signs are then installed and final line-marking is applied to the roads. Finally, the nature strips are ready for seeding or turf and street trees can be planted to beautify your neighbourhood.

This is the right time to begin seeking finance pre-approval. We encourage you to contact your bank or broker regarding your loan application and arrange your pre-approval prior to the settlement of your lot.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in July 2024.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
