We are pleased to advise that construction works in Stage 47 have reached Practical Completion. We’re currently working with the relevant authorities to obtain Statement of Compliance. Once Statement of Compliance is received, the final plan of subdivision will be lodged at the Land Titles Office.
Your lot has been pegged and is ready for valuation. Please liaise with your bank or broker to progress your loan application and arrange pre-approvals, as settlement is expected within 3-4 weeks.
