We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

We are pleased to advise that construction of Stage 47 is nearing completion. Roadworks have been finalised and we are currently waiting final approvals from the relevant authorities to obtain Statement of Compliance.

Your lot has been pegged and is prepared for valuation. Kindly contact your bank or broker to progress your loan application and arrange pre-approval, as settlement is anticipated within 4-6 weeks.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in Late-July to early-August 2024.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
