Prior to obtaining Statement of Compliance on Stage 28, the Precinct 2 Temporary Retarding Basin needs to be constructed, and acceptance of works granted.
Construction works on the Precinct 2 Temporary Retarding Basin are progressing well and are scheduled for completion in late May to early June 2025.
Once the construction works are complete and the respective authorities have given their approval, the process of obtaining Statement of Compliance on Stage 28 can be finalised.
With settlement fast approaching, we strongly encourage you to ensure your finance is in order, so that the settlement process goes as smooth as possible.
