Valuation Invitation and Soil Testing Access - Stage 28

Valuation access is available from 10th April 2025

We are pleased to advise that your lot is now pegged and ready for valuation in preparation for the Forecasted Settlement Timeframe of June - July 2025.

Please inform your Broker, and/or Bank Lender that your land valuation is now available for on-site inspection starting from Thursday, 10th April 2025. Once the valuation is completed, your Lender will be able to finalise your loan in readiness for settlement.

Soil testing access is available from 10th April 2025

Please advise your Builder that access is available for on-site inspection starting from Thursday, 10th April 2025. Once the soil test has been completed, your Builder can finalise the plans for your home.
