Construction Progress

We're pleased to advise that base course asphalt, wearing course asphalt, and footpaths and driveways are now complete.

Over the coming weeks concrete thresholds are programmed for completion.

Meet Your Neighbour Event, Saturday 21 October

We can't wait to see you at the Meet Your Neighbour Event on Saturday 21st Oct, for some free family fun! There will be a petting zoo, face painting and kids crafts. If you haven't done so already, please register as spots are limited.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in January 2024 - March 2024.
