Construction Update

Welcome to the latest Berwick Waters Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

We're pleased to advise that water and gas services are complete with kerb and channel (gutters) to follow.

Electrical and Communication services will be the focus in coming weeks.

Unfortunately, the wet weather over the last month has pushed out the settlement forecast date by a month.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in November 2023 - January 2024.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
