Construction Progress

The team at Berwick Waters are pleased to advise that the bulk earthworks are now complete and the balance civil works have commenced. Sewer works are now underway.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in Oct-Dec 2023

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
