Welcome to your February construction update for Release Four at The Quarry.
In exciting news, Golding Contractors has now been appointed to complete the civil works for Stage 4, 5 & 6.
As a local Brisbane-based firm, Frasers Property is confident in Golding’s ability to deliver quality results, having already carried out civil works for The Quarry’s previous stages to an excellent standard.
Golding’s is currently working to mobilise to site and will commence earthworks in mid-February. Shortly after that, we will see construction of the pipeworks begin.
Based on the current program, we are on track for anticipated settlement. If you have any queries between now and then, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care team via the details below.
