Planned Settlement: July 2025
Welcome to your first construction update for Release Five at The Quarry.
- The project team has now appointed Golding Contractors to complete the civil works of Stage 4 & 5 at The Quarry.
- Golding Contractors will mobilise the site in the first week of February and we anticipate earthworks to commence by mid February.
- The landscape works for the stage are currently being tendered with a view to have a contractor awarded by the end of February.
