Ed.Square Construction Update - Block E North

We are pleased to bring you our next construction update for your new home in Brooklyn Row Block E North.

Since our last update, we have seen exciting progress.

Lots 13121-13132: The kitchen splashbacks are now installed and fit-out of appliances commenced. Shower screens are now installed to the bathrooms. Stair rails are complete with trims commencing now, along with the finalisation of joinery items. This will allow final patching of internal walls to commence in the coming weeks. The dismantling of the scaffold has commenced as work fronts are complete.

Lots 13133-13144: The tiling to wet areas is nearing completion, with the tilers now commencing work on the balconies. Once completed, we will see the measuring of kitchen splashbacks and shower screens completed. The dismantling of the scaffold has commenced and will progress over the coming weeks.

In the rear courtyards of both wings, planter boxes have been poured and waterproofed, allowing the bricklayers to start cladding the planter boxes. This will allow the commencement of arbor batten and fence post installation in preparation for the courtyard slab waterproofing.

It is currently anticipated that your new home will be completed in Late 2nd Quarter 2025.
