Ed.Square Construction Update - Block E North

We are pleased to bring you our next construction update for your new home in Brooklyn Row Block E North.

Since our last update, we have seen some wonderful progress.

Lots 13121-13132: Plasterboard sheeting is complete to all levels and setting will be finished in the coming days. This will see stair installations commence. Internal waterproofing works are also now scheduled to commence. Externally, cladding is well advanced, which will see rendering commence soon. Bricklaying to ground floor is now underway.

Lots 13133-13144: We are excited to share that the structure is now complete, along with roof installation. This has seen the team commence wrapping of the building. Services trades are nearing completion of rough-ins. This will see the quality checks undertaken on services and also framing prior to internal linings commencing in the coming weeks.

It is currently anticipated that your new home will be completed in 2nd Quarter 2025.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
