Ed.Square Construction Update - Block E North

We are pleased to bring you our next construction update for your new home in Brooklyn Row Block E North.

Since our last update, we have seen some wonderful progress.

Lots 13121-13132: All framing and services rough-ins are now complete and undergoing quality inspections prior to internal linings commencing. Roof sheeting is now complete with the building wrap and batten installation for external linings now well advanced. This will see external cladding commence any day now.

Lots 13133-13144: Ground floor steel framing is complete along with services rough-in to ground floor. Carpenters are making great progress with framing and will complete wall framing to level 2 in the coming days. This will see roof truss installation commence shortly.

Settlement Update

It is currently anticipated that your new home will be completed in 2nd Quarter 2025.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
