Ed.Square Construction Update - Block E North

We are pleased to bring you our next construction update for your new home in Brooklyn Row Block E North.

Since our last update, we have seen exciting progress.

Lots 13121-13132: We are pleased to see that the kitchen installations are complete. Wet area tiling is almost complete along with internal fix out with hydraulic fit off now underway. This will allow for the installation of kitchen splashbacks and shower screens to commence in the coming days.

Lots 13133-13144: The main floor tiling is complete and the kitchen installations are now underway. Waterproofing to wet areas is nearing completion and our renderers are progressing well to the facade. This will allow our tilers to commence wet area tiling in the coming days.

In the rear courtyards of both wings, the form workers are setting out planter boxes. This will then be formed and poured within the next few days.

It is currently anticipated that your new home will be completed in 2nd Quarter 2025.
