Ed.Square Construction Update - Terraces Block F

We are pleased to bring you the first construction update for your new home in Brooklyn Row Terrace Block F for 2024.

Since re-commencing works this new year, the team have been working to complete piling and drainage works. Preparation works are now underway for concrete slab installation which will lead to the commencement of formwork installation in the coming days so that the first slabs can be poured.

It is currently anticipated that your new home will be completed in late 2024.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
