Ed.Square Construction Update - Terraces Block F

We are pleased to bring you an update for your new home in Brooklyn Row Terrace Block F.

The retaining wall footings are installed and blockwork installation now complete, with waterproofing to commence to retaining walls in the coming days. Piling installation is well advanced and drainage installation is underway. This will see concrete slabs commence in the coming weeks.

It is currently anticipated that your new home will be completed in late 2024.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
