Frasers Property Australia enjoyed a successful Annual REA Excellence (AREA) Awards last week, with General Manager Brand & Customer Emily Wood winning the Marketer of the Year award.

Additionally, Frasers Property’s Live proud campaign was a finalist in the competitive Integrated Brand Campaign of the Year category.

Overseeing the national brand, customer and digital transformation strategies of Frasers Property, Ms Wood is focused on enhancing the experience of customers and championing the voice of the customer as part of the company’s acquisition, design, development, sales and marketing functions.

She has been instrumental in the delivery and evolution of the highly successful Live proud campaign.

Now in its sixth year, Live proud is a platform for showcasing the people and their stories of pride from across Frasers Property’s portfolio of communities, enabling future customers to see themselves and their aspirations reflected in the Live proud message.

“Live proud has grown to become our most significant customer-facing brand platform. It builds our brand awareness, increases our reputation, drives enquiry, galvanises our internal culture, and manifests within communities we create,” Ms Wood says.

Visible across broadcast, digital and print media, Frasers Property also produces a twice-yearly Live proud magazine, with the amplification of the stories within proving a significant driver of website traffic and project leads, while being an indispensable resource for project sales managers.
