Foreshore areas construction update

Construction works around The Waterfront, Shell Cove are bringing this project to life, read all about the updates below.

Wetland ponds near our new apartment release, Ancora, are now flooded, with lighting installation and soft landscaping works progressing.

The pedestrian bridge nearby is now decked, with handrails to be installed soon.

Also, the road bridge connecting The Waterfront Town Centre to the northern residential land is being prepped for the final main concrete pour of the bridge deck.

In the foreshore areas, the timber seating areas facing the public jetty are in the final stages of completion. Lighting is being installed, along with the balustrades to the boardwalk edges. And finally, the awnings for the marina gates have been installed.
