Construction progress still occurring onsite

Despite the current COVID-19 restrictions there is still lots of construction progress occurring onsite at The Waterfront, Shell Cove.
• The dunal zone rehabilitation and renourishment is nearing completion, including the pathways to the southern breakwall and the beach from precinct A;
• The gym equipment is installed, with the soft fall due to be completed in the coming week;
• The boat ramp carpark asphalt was completed today, with line marking now to go;
• The public domain lighting and trees around the promontory are installed, and now the final soft and hard landscaping can be completed;
• The channel entrance excavation is progressing well with the ideal weather conditions today;
• Also the tavern looks awesome from the marina pontoons which are now substantially complete.
