Celebrating an Incredible Year at Midtown MacPark

As we wrap up 2024, there’s so much to celebrate at Midtown MacPark. This year has been a milestone in the journey of transforming Midtown MacPark into a vibrant, connected, and thriving community.

Welcoming new residents

This year, Midtown MacPark officially became home to over 1400 residents, with the successful settlement of MAC Residences, Soul Residences, and all four Terraces. We are enjoying getting to know all the new residents and hope that many new connections and friendships have been made between new neighbours.

Landscaping and green spaces

2024 also saw the continued evolution of Midtown MacPark’s green spaces, with the central courtyard for Soul and community housing residents now a serene gathering space for residents. Thoughtfully designed with lush palm trees, seating areas, and features like bird boxes and bee habitats, the courtyard connects residents with nature while providing places to relax and unwind.

Building a community

This year has been about more than just construction – it’s been about building a community. With activities like Chatty Café, Midtown Eats and community garden workshops, there’s always something happening at Midtown MacPark.

Looking ahead

We’re excited about what next year has in store for Midtown MacPark. Early 2025 will bring the opening of the first part of the community centre, while the Montessori Academy completes its fit-out, preparing to welcome children to an exciting new educational facility.

The Midtown Macquarie Park Public Primary School will also begin to take shape, as Schools Infrastructure NSW commences work, adding another key element to this thriving community.
