Midtown will become a thriving and connected, mixed tenure community, and will be home to over 6,500 residents.
The community development program at Midtown will represent a new paradigm for building a strong, resilient, and healthy community that brings together residents from diverse socio-economic backgrounds in a truly integrated setting.
Various events and activities are organised by our dedicated Community Development Team for all to enjoy.
Welcome Street Party
Join us at this street party to welcome the new Midtown MacPark Communit. Enjoy food stalls, live music, entertainment, and free ice cream and coffee!
Mingle with the team at Frasers Property, City of Ryde Community Development Teams, and your very own Midtown MacPark Community and learn about upcoming community events.
Pets are welcome, but all dogs must be leashed.
Please note there will be photographers and videographers there on the day, If you do not wish to have your photo taken please let them know.
Midtown Honey is here
Sourced from Midtown’s own 6 beehives, the Midtown Honey is ready to gift to our newest residents. Thank you to everyone who voted on the logo design. There will be a series of bee workshops where you can learn about the bees and all the different things you can do with honey, if you have any ideas for the types of workshops you would like to see, please get in contact.

Together, they represent a new paradigm for building a strong, resilient, and healthy community that brings together residents from diverse socio-economic backgrounds in a truly integrated setting. Their commitment lies in innovative approaches to create housing diversity, promote social inclusion, and foster economic participation.
