- Southern Foreshore Park design has been approved by the City of Cockburn and works are anticipated to commence following the completion of the Peninsula land lots.
- Boardwalk Extension (Chieftain Esplanade Section) – Approval has been received by the City of Cockburn and Densford Civil has commenced procurement of materials.
