Community Update February 2025
Welcome to our February Community Update.
We are excited to share that construction of the Stage 9 parkland, which will tie in with the existing green space, is set to begin in mid-2025 with completion expected by the end of the year. The completion of these works signals the end of all construction at Baldivis Grove. We will continue to keep you updated with timings for delivery of the park. We also have some exciting events coming up as detailed below.
Neighbours Day 2025 Baldivis Grove Neighbourly Catchup
Join us as we celebrate Neighbours Day with a friendly morning get-together! Bring your morning coffee, and we’ll supply the morning tea.

The Local Market at Peel Estate Winery

Once a month on a Sunday, Peel Winery hosts a local produce market featuring the finest gourmet foods and seasonal produce from the southwest region. The event showcases locally grown, designed, and crafted goods, with artisan stalls, vendors, and live music creating a vibrant atmosphere.
Bush Detectives in the Forest at Baldivis Children’s Forest
Sunday March 30 | 9:30am to 11am
Join the team at Baldivis children’s forest in a Great Little Adventure suitable for children between 4 to 10 years old. Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult. More info here.
