Baldivis Grove RESIDENTS Festive Picnic in the Park
Wednesday 27th Nov

Festive Picnic

This annual event is a wonderful chance to gather with the neighbours and celebrate the year that was. A favourite with the Baldivis Grove community and a great opportunity to meet the new residents joining the community.

Get ready for a delicious feast at our Build your own Burger Bar and enjoy ice cream sandwiches for dessert.

But that's not all, Santa himself will be there to host a mini sports carnival! Bring your competitive spirit and join in with games, live music and lots of festive fun for all ages.

RSVP by Wednesday 20th November for catering purposes. Get your free ticket here.

Don't forget to bring along your picnic blankets or chairs. *This is a resident only event.

Time: 5:00pm - 7:00pm
Location: Brooklyn Rd Park

Construction works in the community

Baldivis Grove is buzzing with activity, and we greatly appreciate the patience of our community during this time. Alongside the many homes under construction, civil works are progressing across five stages. Most of these works will be completed by November 2024, with one final stage, Stage 9, scheduled for completion by mid-2025. This stage will also feature the final section of the central park, which is currently in the design phase.

Other than that, we are in planning for some neighbourly events once the weather warms up so keep your eye out for those future invitations. As always, we are open to your community building ideas so please feel free to reach out to our community team at any time on communityWA@frasersproperty.com.au.
