Baldivis Grove Festive Picnic in the Park

A big shout out to everyone for attending the annual Festive Picnic in the Park event. It’s always fantastic to see the Baldivis Grove community gather and especially to introduce the future neighbours who will be joining them in the near future. We will provide more images in our December update.

Dates for the Diary

City of Rockingham Christmas Lights Launch

Friday 6 December 2024 | 5pm to 8.30pm
Churchill Park, Rockingham Foreshore

Rockingham Foreshore will light up at the official launch of the City’s Christmas lights display on Friday 6 December. 🎄Enjoy non-stop festive fun for the whole family, including a visit from Santa, on-stage and roaming entertainment, free children’s craft activities, Christmas market stalls and food vendors. The activities and entertainment begin from 5pm, before switching on the Christmas lights at 8pm. More details here.

Baldivis Lions Christmas Markets

Saturday 7 December 2024 | From 8am
Corner of Baldivis Rd and Fifty Rd, Baldivis

Come down to the Baldivis Markets from 8am. Stall holders will have their full Christmas range of products ready and waiting for you! Including Christmas coasters, Christmas tree decorations, teachers' gifts, plaques and more - as well as the regular range of products. Heaps of stall holders ready to show you what they have created! More details here.

Baldivis Parks Christmas - Lantern Markets

Friday 13 December 2024 | 4.30pm to 8pm
Baldivis Parks Estate – Daintree Street, Baldivis

Come along and join us for a family-friendly Christmas Event! We have market stalls, live music, food trucks, kid's activities and a special visit from Santa! If you are a Baldivis Parks resident, a community group or sporting group and would like to participate in the Lantern Markets please reach out to event organisers Barefoot Events at dinneratdusk@barefooteande.com.au. Parking is limited, so where possible attendees are encouraged to walk to this event. Details here.

Other than that, we are in planning for some neighbourly events once the weather warms up so keep your eye out for those future invitations.

Construction works in the community

Our final stage at Baldivis Grove, Stage 9 commenced civil works in mid-November. This final stage includes large lifestyle lots, with lots overlooking the parkland, which completes the public open space for the community. This final stage is yet to be released to the market.
