Design Guidelines
Your home must be designed in accordance with the Design Guidelines for detached housing at The Waterfront, Shell Cove and any restrictions on your Plan of Subdivision and MCP, and is subject to Shell Cove Architect (SCA) approval and Shellharbour City Council approval.
