Now is an exciting time as you prepare to move into your new home. To make the move as seamless as possible, we've included a 'moving in' checklist as well as general access information for the building.

We know planning a move can be overwhelming so we've taken some of that stress away by putting together a quick checklist to make sure no task is left behind.

Moving in checklist

Organise professional movers or family and friends to help you move
Collect your keys and access passes
Contact the building manager to book the lift for move-in day
Cancel any deliveries with your old address and organise a redirection of mail by Australia Post
Register for electricity through Real Utilities
Telephone and internet connection through Supa Networks
Organise home and contents insurance
Organise new school enrolments and transfer current school records
Establish your local doctor/dentist and transfer existing records
Transfer family youth activities (eg. Scouts, swim school, sports)

The SOUL Residences pedestrian entry is located at 16 Sandstone Crescent. The lobby door and the lift located on Lower Ground is unlocked using the security fob provided, or by calling the resident via the intercom. The lifts will only visit authorised levels.

Your new garage remote operates both roller doors for entering and exiting the car park. Your allocated car space is indicated by your apartment number.

All vehicles entering and exiting the car park must comply with the maximum height clearance of 2.2m clearly identified by signage at the car park entrance. All vehicles exceeding this height are prohibited from entering the car park as they may cause damage to overhead lighting, duct and pipework.

  • Please park only in your allocated spot
  • Please do not attempt to enter or exit the car park while the roller door is in motion
  • Do not attempt to rectify/adjust any roller door settings. If you require assistance with the car park roller door, please contact the Building Manager or Strata Manager.

  • Visitors shall use the intercoms located at the entry of 16 Sandstone Crescent
  • Residents to ensure all deliveries are met in the lobby to keep the building safe and secure

Midtown MacPark has achieved a 6 Star Green Star Communities rating from the Green Building Council of Australia by demonstrating commitment to best practice for urban and environmental design. The variety of large open spaces and creek corridor offers a sense of relief from the typical urban lifestyle. Our community

A free Community Bus service will be operated by Mission Australia, and available for residents within Midtown to connect into surrounding Macquarie Park. Residents will be consulted as to the route and outings.

The pool and gym are located on the ground floor of the Community Hub building adjacent to the Village Green. Once an operator is announced they will be able to provide a guide on pricing. The Community Hub, pay-as-you-go gym and pool are likely to be open in early 2026.

The retail hub could include a convenience store, café, takeaway food options as well as health and beauty tenancies that will be located on the ground level of Treehouse, integrated with the community’s Village Green anticipated to open early 2026.

Amenities will be available in the Community Hub when it opens. There will also amenities available in the retail precinct for customers. It is anticipated that the Community Hub and retail precinct will be open in 2026.

The Community Hub is expected to open early 2026. There will be a range of services and activities for the local community that could include support groups and family groups, education groups, recreational activities, and information services. The Community Hub will also have rooms to hire for events.

Operators of the Childcare Centres will nominate the enrolment process for their facilities. There is parking is available within the buildings for drop off and pick up.

The NSW Government recently confirmed a 750-student Kindergarten to Year 6 primary school to be built at Midtown MacPark, with the completion date still to be announced. Enrolment in the school will be via the standard process for enrolling in all NSW public schools.

How will the car share scheme work? There is provision for multiple car share spaces across Midtown MacPark. An operator hasn’t been locked in yet, but we will provide residents with an update as soon as there is. There are however existing car share operations that can be found in the surrounding streets to Midtown MacPark. Check out Councils website to see surround locations.

There aren’t any public barbeques at Midtown, however both Wilga Park and ELS Park have public electric BBQ facilities.

All of Midtown is pet friendly and recommended that dogs are kept on lead at all times.

Park users can access the amenities in the Community Hub once is it open, or retail precinct toilets if they are customers.

A Development Application has been lodged and once this is approved, we will be able to provide precise timing for completion, however, we expect this will be 2026.

The ELS Hall Park in North Ryde has a dog off-leash area is approximately 900 metres walking distance from Midtown MacPark via Shrimptons Creek.

For all homeowners, contact Frasers Property Customer Care team to log a defect and any warranty claims within your home. You can log a defect via the myFrasersPropertyapp.

Residents are permitted to keep apartment friendly cat or a dog. Any pet is required to be registered with the Strata Manager of Landlord before it is brought into the property. If an owner intends to rent their unit out, as a landlord, they can decide whether the tenant is allowed to keep a pet at the property.

There will be around 40 bicycle hoops located around Midtown MacPark.

Groceries can be delivered into your unit.

Building Management does not hold keys for private residences. Residents are responsible for arranging a locksmith. If you have also lost your fob for access into the building, if you know your neighbour, get them to buzz you and the locksmith into the building. If you have lost your fob, for the safety and security of yourself and other tenants you must alert the Building Manager.

There is street parking available in the event all the visitors’ spaces are taken.

Packages can be delivered into your apartment building. If you prefer an authorised delivery, you should consider having your parcels delivered to a Post Office or delivery locker service.

Delivery drivers should be met in the lobby. For the safety and security of all tenants we ask residents not to buzz drivers up to individual floors.

Safety

Midtown MacPark is committed to safety and a welcoming atmosphere. Security measures include surveillance cameras, well-lit walkways, and Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) principles, ensuring a secure environment.

Public art pieces, thoughtfully integrated into the architecture and built environment to enhance the community’s sense of space and meaningful connection with Country.

Midtown MacPark is mobility accessible.

If you are concerned for yourself or someone’s else’s safety, you should call the police.

Waste management

Small bags of rubbish and small recycling items go in their respective garbage chutes. Larger rubbish/recycling items should be taken to main garbage room in the basement. Household items should be placed in the bulky goods room in the basement.

If you see something left within the building contact the Building Manager. If you see something left on a public road or space, contact Council.
