Your new home is freehold which means it does not report to a Body Corporate structure. 

Please however do remember that your contract of sale restricts significant changes to the external façade of your home without approval from Frasers Property Australia.

All the guarantees and operating instruction manuals for these items have been provided to you on the myFrasersProperty app and portal. Included is information about warranty, care and safe operation. As such, it is imperative that you read these carefully before using your appliances.

For items under warranty, you hold the warranty and issues should be addressed directly with the manufacturer in the first instance. Proper care and maintenance is a standard condition to many manufacturers’ warranties. Please refer to specific manufacturer’s recommendations to ensure your warranties are not voided.

Your home comes fully equipped with a range of Miele, Liebherr and Zip appliances including a stove, oven, rangehood, dishwasher, steam oven, microwave, fridge, wine cabinet, filter tap, washing machine and dryer. These have been fitted according to the manufacturer’s requirements. If, on moving into your home or during the warranty period, you find that an appliance is not working correctly or is faulty, please contact the manufacturer’s service centre. It is the home owner’s responsibility to maintain these items and arrange repairs if required. An authorised service company should be the only ones carrying out required repairs otherwise any warranties may become void.

It is important to complete the Warranty Form (located at the end of the instruction manuals) within thirty (30) days of occupying the property, as this will cover any manufacturer faults of appliances that occur inside the two (2) year warranty period.
