Begin your day with a relaxing outdoor yoga session, designed to centre your mind and body in the peaceful surroundings of Ullman Oval.
9:00am to 10:00am | Harmony and Communication Skills Workshop
This workshop focuses on how to build stronger, more positive connections in everyday life. Participants will learn how personal interactions affect individual and community mental health, explore the nature of conflict, and gain practical skills to resolve disputes effectively.
This workshop is part-funded by Logan City Council - Healthy & Active program.
