Port Coogee Community Update - March 2025

Welcome to our March Community Update. This month, join Customer Care Manager Fiona Johnson, Development Manager Ben Pervan, and Port Coogee National Community Development Coordinator Michelle Mrzyglocki, for a video update on construction progress at Port Coogee and discover what’s happening at this vibrant coastal community and world-class marina.

Port Coogee has been jam packed with some amazing events this month, with the biggest weekend of all being March 8th and 9th which saw Coogee Live take place and on the 9th the Jetty to Jetty swim. Both events proudly supported by Frasers Property Australia. Coogee Live was held over 2 days with 4 zones and a program of over 150 shows, performances workshops demonstrations and more! The Jetty to Jetty swim on beautiful Coogee beach was sold out with 1300 swimmers competing in 3 race distances. Congratulations to the Port Coogee Resident team and to the Cockburn Masters Swimming club who run this fantastic event as their major fundraiser.

Dinner at Dusk continues to be a monthly highlight on Chieftain Esplanade and coming up on the 30^th of March is Neighbours Day where we are set to enjoy another Music in the Park event proudly brought to you by the Port Coogee Community Association. This event will feature music act the Godlemans and the favourite food truck of all Thai on Tyres!
