Welcome to our January Community Update. Port Coogee is set for another year of beautiful sunsets, coastal walks and community. It has been great to see all the activity and planning from the PCCA, the Council, all the businesses in the area to make it a successful year ahead! Underwater Explorers Club

Mar 30th Music in the Park – PCCA events team run this terrific and free community event in Coromandel Park for locals to enjoy. (In planning)

General Construction Update

Waterfront Park
Design drawings are anticipated to be submitted for approval to the City in the coming weeks with works anticipated to commence in April 2025.

Peninsula Release – Southern Foreshore Park
Design drawings are with the City of Cockburn for approval. These works are anticipated to follow the completion of the Civil works from May 2025 onwards.

Boardwalk Extension (Chieftain Esplanade Section)
Final shop drawings awaiting City approval and following this works are anticipated to occur on site from March to June 2025.

Tavern Site
The owner of the site is currently preparing plans to commence early discussions with the City of Cockburn.

Omeo Park Toilet
Works are well under construction by the City’s contractor and they have advised it is due for completion towards the end of June 2025.
