Construction Update

Welcome to the latest Wallara Waters Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction progress

Stage 16

• Bulk earthworks, sewer reticulation works, drainage pit & pipe works now complete.
• Roads boxed, subgrade topped-up & re-graded. Road stabilisation commenced in middle January 2023.
• AGs & conduits to commence late January 2023. Pavement base course to commence in February 2023.
• Water & gas works to commence in March 2023.

Settlement forecast

Settlement of each stage is anticipated as follows:

Stage 16 May - June 2023

Stage 22 October - December 2023

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.

In preparing for settlement, it's important that you engage a finance broker or lender to assist in sourcing a loan if required, and a legal representative to represent you at the time of settlement.
