Peg / Lot Inspection Reminder - Stage 16

29 September 2023

Remember to inspect your lot prior to settlement

Once settlement has taken place, you will be responsible for maintaining your lot. We encourage you to visit your lot prior to settlement to confirm the lot pegs are in place and that your lot is clear of any waste or rubbish.

If you are unable to visit before settlement, we suggest engaging a friend, family member or agent to visit and inspect on your behalf.

Please note that the lot pegs are usually level with the lot finished surface level, which can make them difficult to find. Follow the link below to learn some tips and tricks to help locate your pegs.

If you have any questions or concerns after inspecting your lot, please contact Customer Care prior to your settlement.

Congratulations on your purchase, we look forward to welcoming you to Wallara Waters!

Tips for locating your pegs

Temporary fencing

Temporary fencing is a cost-effective way to prevent others from leaving waste or damaging assets on your lot after settlement.

This service may be included as part your build contract. Check with your builder and confirm if they will install fencing for you. Otherwise, you should contact a temporary fencer directly to arrange installation.

We suggest you begin to research temporary fencing options now.
