The Five Farms team is pleased to advise that settlements are continuing, with soil testing and valuation access still available for inspections to be undertaken.
Settling on your land is an exciting time, you are one step closer to building your new home. Now is the time to familiarise yourself with the Five Farms Design and Siting Guidelines to ensure your builder is complying with the requirements, including fencing.
This is also an important time to chat with your Builder regarding the protection of your street tree, nature strip and crossover during the construction of your new home.
Please contact our friendly Customer Care team should you have any questions.
Fencing and Lot Interfaces Strategy
As outlined in your Contract of Sale, it’s required that you fulfil the specified fencing requirements by installing a 1.8m high Ironstone COLOURBOND fence.
This type of fence is low maintenance and highly durable, maximising privacy to your residential lot. Footings are to be located on your title boundary.
