Welcome to the latest Five Farms Construction Update.

We are excited to keep you informed about how the Project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you are up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

The Five Farms team is pleased to advise that civil construction is progressing well, with concrete works complete and electrical underway. These services will allow your house to be connected to electricity, internet (NBN) and telephone line. Light poles are also set up to provide lighting for the street.

We recommend that you consult your bank or financial lender to prepare your loan approval, and legal representation to confirm all your documentation is in order prior to settlement. Please contact our friendly Customer Care team should you have any questions.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in May - June 2024.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
