Construction Progress

External works

The intersection of Bells Road and Hardys Road is scheduled to be completed by the end of December 2022. Delivery of pipes for the outfall sewer has been delayed. We now anticipate the pipes will arrive in Australia in late December 2022, with boring works to follow in January once the sewer contractors have returned from their Christmas break.

Frasers Property is working closely with civil contractors to plan for an expediated works commencement as soon as the pipes are received to site. The outfall sewer must be completed before your lot can be titled.

Stage 21

We have commenced striping of the road reserves in anticipation of stabilisation of the subgrade occurring at the end of November subject to weather conditions.

Settlement Forecast

Due to the external sewer delay, we now anticipated your settlement will take place between July to September 2023.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
