Encompass has now had majority of its settlements occur and residents have begun to move in to their brand new homes. Our project team is still active to assist with any issues that present and provide the best move in experience for all our customers.

Progress Update

The Owners Corporation are now fully managing the building, so please contact them for any queries or to arrange Move Ins. A Move In Supervisor has been available on-site full time for any on-site assistance during this initial settlement period. Our wonderful Customer Care team will continue to be in contact during the post -settlement defect period to ensure our customers settle into their homes and any imperfections are handled accordingly. We hope you are all enjoying your new homes and the great city views from Encompass Carlton.
