Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

The team have been working diligently to negotiate and appoint a builder to construct Vela apartments, however at this stage have not been able to secure a builder due to the challenges experienced across the construction industry.​

At this stage we currently anticipate the completion of Vela apartments in 2027.​

The team are committed to securing a reputable builder and delivering your home to a high-quality standard.​

A modification application has been submitted to Council to change the apartment mix of Vela to reduce the amount of 3 bedroom apartments and increase the amount of 2 bedroom apartments. The new mix will be 29 x 2 bedroom and 28 x 3 bedroom, totalling 57 apartments.
