Perth’s premier business address, and centrally located in the CBD’s only green space, Central Park is the city’s tallest building at 249 metres or 51 levels high. The premium-grade asset is anchored by global resources giant Rio Tinto and enjoys an occupancy rate exceeding 96%. Step outside the office and you’ll find a sprawling 2500m2 green space at Central Park’s base –the only of its kind in the CBD. Here you can recharge and soak up the daily rhythm of life – whether that’s over a coffee, leisurely lunch, or even at one of our community markets. Central Park continues its renewal with a rejuvenation of the façade - a reimagined façade that enhances Central Park’s prominence in the Perth skyline. The building’s exterior will be renewed with new faceted panelling that will improve thermal insulation levels and provide greater energy efficiency and improved tenant comfort, scheduled for completion in mid 2024.

Central Park

Completed in 1992, Central Park has long been recognised as one of Perth’s most iconic buildings for its stature as well as its place within the business community.

Comprising 51 levels with breathtaking views – stretching from Perth’s world-famous crystalline beaches in the West, across the beautiful Swan River and to the distant hills in the east – Central Park offers an enviable destination for businesses. Central Park also boasts a sprawling 2500m2 green space on the doorstep of the building, which is the only of its kind in Perth.

The lobby and forecourt areas were refurbished in 2020 by award-winning architects Woods Bagot, with end-of-trip facilities to come in 2022 and a facade upgrade scheduled for completion in 2023.

Central Park is proudly co-owned by Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust & Perron Group.
