Community spirit is an essential ingredient to a happy life for Shagun Goyal and Yatin Gupta and their growing son Rohan. The couple initially rented an apartment at Ed.Square after moving out from Yatin’s parent’s house, and it wasn’t long before the lifestyle and “convenience of all the shops downstairs and eat street”, that they decided to invest and further establish themselves at Ed.

Yatin has the added convenience of just a few short minutes walk to work at Coles in the Town Centre, and is grateful that he doesn’t have to make the daily commute to work that he would otherwise have to forfeit family time for. Shagun has enjoyed the diverse range of community events she has been able to attend with Rohan and looks forward to more opportunities to connect with neighbours and new-found friends.
