It was by chance that Andrew and Shivani discovered Ed.Square. They were actively searching for a property in the area and were in need of a coffee break. The only open cafe within range was at Ed’s sales display centre so they decided to make a pit stop.
It was the design of the townhomes that immediately caught Andrew’s eye and he and Shivani loved how Ed.Square had plenty of spaces and parks for their son to play. “It’s the affordability, convenience of schools close by, public transport and amenities within walking distance" says Andrew, who is originally from South West Sydney.
Since moving into their new townhome in June 2021, the family of three have found connection and community in the various events facilitated by community development, including regular board game socials that Andrew helps facilitate, and Shivani attends the parent's group meet-ups when she can.
It’s safe to say, Andrew and Shivani left the sales centre that day with much more than just a cup of caffeine.
