General Construction Works

Stage 4 Rivers Edge and Stage 4B Forest Walk are now complete with settlements underway.

Finishing touches to the park that connects Stage 3 and Stage 4 Rivers Edge are nearing completion.

Stage 9 Forest Walk is on track for most of the construction works to be complete in May. Delivery of the park that forms part of this stage is due to commence in winter.

Construction of Stage 10, which is adjacent to the Stage 9 park on Lakewood Parkway, is programmed to commence construction in May 2025, with completion towards the end of the year.

Site preparation works has commenced to Forest Walk Stage 11, which sits alongside Hamlets 2 and 3. This included fauna relocation, which was undertaken during the day and at night when some of the more ‘active’ species are resting. As part of this process, our dedicated fauna relocator inspects the vegetation and repurposes any hollow logs for future habitats in nearby nature reserves. This stage is not yet released to the market.

As always, if you have any questions or ideas for the community, please get in touch on communityWA@frasersproperty.com.au.
