Community Update July 2024

Welcome to our August Community Update. 

Baldivis has everything a family could ask for - including the gem that is Baldivis Children’s Forest! Built for families and children, it offers walk and adventure trails, a barbecue and picnic area, artwork, an amphitheatre and more. They run lots of great events including the Dino-tastic Adventure where 4 – 10 year olds can unearth bones and work as a team to create a new forest dinosaur fossil. Pickle Ball, anyone?

The Baldivis Indoor Sports Complex is one of the region's newest leisure facilities located at 531 Eighty Road, Baldivis. Pickleball is a racket/paddle sport in which two players (singles), or four players (doubles), hit a perforated hollow plastic ball over a net. Games run on Wednesdays 8.30am - 10.30am and Sundays 4.30pm - 6.30pm throughout the term. For more information, please contact the centre on 9591 0840 or email baldivisindoorsc@rockingham.wa.gov.au
