Baldivis Grove Neighbours Day 2025 Wrap-up
A windy Sunday morning didn’t stop Baldivis Grove residents from coming together for the 2025 Neighbours Day catch-up at Brooklyn Road Park! With their warm drinks in hand and a tasty morning tea, neighbours gathered to connect, chat, and enjoy each other’s company. The event was a great opportunity for both new and long-time locals to mingle in a relaxed and friendly setting. Laughter, conversations, and a few wind-blown hairstyles made for a memorable morning! Thank you to everyone (and the dogs) who came along!

General Construction Works
Stage 9 Parkland
Detailed design has commenced, and we are currently in the process of engaging local indigenous artists to provide artwork and story telling which celebrates the rich culture and heritage of the parklands. Some of the trees contained within the parklands are more than 400 years old.
Once detailed design is complete, we will commence approvals and tendering of the works. We are aiming to commence construction when the Stage 9 civil works are complete and will aim to complete the works by December 2025.
Stage 9 Land Lots
This final stage is currently under construction and progressing well. Construction is due for completion in July.
Stage 8 Public Access Way (PAW)
The PAW is complete and looks incredible. We hope you enjoy this tranquil, landscaped space.
