Berwick Waters Quarterly Project Update - March 2022

Dear residents and community members,

We’re already in March 2022, so it’s time for our quarterly update to keep everyone informed of progress in and around the Berwick Waters community.

As you would be aware by now, there are several stakeholders involved in delivering the various components of the project. 

While some components such as planning approvals continue to move slowly others are progressing well. In these instances, we are progressing further planning in the background so when approvals are received, we are ready to move quickly through the next steps.

In the meantime, the new road connection from Honour Avenue through to Riverstone Boulevard and Macumba Drive is progressing well and currently anticipated to open in July this year.

Also on the good news front, a new café and Sri Lankan restaurant are soon to open in the Waterside Centre.

We will continue to update residents of Berwick Waters via email and keep the community updated via Facebook.
